Conditions of Technical support differ for various SINAPSI products / services.
The Sinapsi Technical Service is provided free of charge and through the signing of a service contract with a dedicated number.

SERVICE TERMS FOR EQUOBOX SYSTEM

FREE TELEPHONE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
The Free telephone support is available from Monday to Friday at +39 075-9976050
from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 17:30

SERVICE TERMS FOR ESOLAR SYSTEM

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
It is possible to sign an agreement to FULL-TIME support which entitles to:
Telephone support on dedicated line from Monday to Friday at +39 075 8010473
from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 17:30
Extra 5% discount on the supply of any system purchased during the period of validity of the technical support contract
% Discount on the cost of repair and any replacement parts
In the absence of contract it is possible to use the Technical Service for under warranty  products, from 14:30 to 17:30.

Replacements

Please download and fill out the RM form to start the replacement procedure of Sinapsi products. Send it to info@sinapsitech.it

After that our authorization document will be sent. The number which allows the goods return in repair is shown in the document, it must be indicated in the transport document.
The shipment must be made carriage free at our headquarters in Via delle Querce, 11/13 – 06083 Bastia Umbra (PG) ITALY.
