TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE BY TELEPHONE
The free telephone assistance service, valid for products under warranty, is available from Monday to Friday in the afternoon from 14:30 to 17:30.
For products out of warranty, please fill in the form above.
FULL-TIME TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
It is possible to sign a FULL-TIME assistance contract which entitles you to :
– Telephone assistance on a dedicated line from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
– Back-up Data Restoration Service ( SIN.DATARESTORE )
Please download and fill out the RM form to start the replacement procedure of Sinapsi products and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org . After that our authorization document will be sent. The number which allows the goods return in repair is shown in the document, it must be indicated in the transport document.
