In the Hall of Edili in Terni on KNX conference, held by the Italy KNX Association , of which SINAPSI is associated.
The workshop, starting at 14.00, provides a comprehensive overview of the opportunities offered by the KNX system, with particular reference to the regulations in the energy sector (EN15232), the ETS5 novelty, which introduce additional features to support the design and configuration of KNX installations.
Among the important topics discussed:
- “Smart-Metering“, which means the use of energy meters and intelligent measuring devices to make transparent the energy consumption in buildings and to create an automatic energy management;
- “Energy efficiency“, thanks to KNX applications : 30% -40%, with peaks of 60% in the control of the temperature control (heating, cooling and ventilation) and 20% -30%, with peaks of 50% in lighting control.
