The installation of systems for heat metering for buildings with centralized systems has been OBLIGATORY for almost a year.

ENEA has created and made available a simple software to facilitate designers and installers in the technical economic analysis of accounting systems to be installed in existing condominiums. It is called TIHM Test and is a software Viability Test Tool for Individual Heat Metering (TIHM) developed in collaboration with the DICEM Department of the University of Cassino.

It is possible to carry out a technical economic analysis of the heat metering and heat cost allocators systems in existing condominiums, through a simple spreadsheet, as required by art. 9 c. 5 of Legislative Decree 102/2014 and Legislative Decree 141/2014.
The currently downloadable software is still in beta, that is, temporary.
Those who want to download it will be able to test in advance the features and help developers to solve any problems or to improve some details by sending comments via email before the publication of the final version.
The software is developed on 7 spreadsheets that the designer must complete to obtain the technical-economic analysis.
Following the insertion of the characteristic building data, and the specific information necessary for the assessment of technical feasibility, an outcome is obtained indicating the type of accounting system that is optimal for the building according to UNI 10200 … and in this phase EQUOBOX becomes The protagonist!
