By Resolution of June 6, 2013 , the AEEG has introduced the obligation to adapt plants also for those connected to the low voltage (400V ) with power between 6 and 100kWp , the lacking adaptation of plants will result in the revocation of incentivized tariffs and the suspension of sales agreements and energy on-site exchange.
The deadlines to remember are :
- for plants with a greater power than 20kW , obligatory adjustment within June 30, 2014 ;
- for installations of less than 20kW , obligatory adjustment within April 30, 2015 .
